Awana Secretary Role Book    What every secretary needs to know!  some of the award info is old, but all the info is good!

Awards Packet    Shows the awards for each club, how they are earned, and how they are displayed on the uniform.

Registration Form    here is a sample registration form, in Word format so you can modify it.  You can also search online and find lots of other samples!

Medical/Media release Form    you can use this form for parents to provide permission to treat plus permission to use photos.

Incident Report Form   used to document injuries and the actions taken by your leaders.

Weekly Points Sheet   used to keep track of Red, Blue, Green, Yellow team points.

Gospel Verses
